Project consulting
We support you throughout the entire duration of your project. Depending on your wishes, this support can be either selective advice or a permanent active participation in the project on site. We impart methodical skills, help you to design your development process more efficiently or solve technical or technical problems in cooperation with your project team. A successful project is characterised by competence in all four areas (organisation, methodology, expertise, technology). In project management, the emphasis is usually placed on the technical or technical aspects of project work. What is a prototype?
A prototype is a sub-project upstream or downstream of the main project in which isolated aspects of the project objectives are examined in more detail. The subproject serves to prepare the main project or to minimize risks during the implementation of the main project.
The artifacts (code, documentation, etc.) of evolutionary prototypes are incorporated into the main project and are used further. They are therefore produced according to the quality specifications and guidelines of the main project.
